This workout took alot of me than expected. I honestly cannot remember the last time I did any sort of back squat or front squat at a heavier weight. It has been at least 3 to 4 weeks, but they def took some out of me, but it did not seem to heavy. The olympic lifting prior def wore me out, and I felt the effects afterwards post workout. I am feeling a little run down from a slight cold that I have, that has been hanging around for the last week or so, but nothing that can keep me out of the gym. Overall I am feeling pretty good, and just trying to chip away at each workout with a plan and purpose. I was put a goal in front of me, of hitting 200 lbs for the Hang Squat Snatch for 3 reps, and I def could have hit this, if I kept going, but I hit 195 lbs, but it all felt good, and wanted to have clean repetitions.
My eating is still going to plan, as my carb intake is way down, and still just concentrating on eating protein and vegetables. Most of my carbs are coming from vegetables and a couple coconut waters during my workouts and after post workout.
