Monday Workout of the Day
I felt pretty sluggish today, but I was pretty pumped to hit some 1 rep max squat cleans. I have not tried this in a long time, and I believe my best could have been in the range of 250 lbs, but I knew I was going to smoke this, and just felt good going into it. I believe I could have went heavier, but honestly I was tired, and still had a lot more to do. Its not a huge number compared to the best, but overall I got to be happy with everything, and all those front squats are adding up over time. I just want to keep on track, and honestly could care less about competitions right now and all that jazz, and just doing this for myself!
On the squat cleans I could have went to about 280 to 285, but like I said, I usually stop at a personal record, and just felt the need to.
