"Monday Workout of the Day"(4.4.2011)

*Monday Workout of the Day, April 4th, 2011*

Went to doctors today to get x ray done and mri, but the wait was to long, and had to get back to the gym to train the noon class. Overall, the shoulder is feeling pretty good, and hopefully looking optimistic for the future. I am still continuing my treatment with AFT, and believe it is def working in a positive manner. I have another session on Tuesday, and cannot wait to feel some more pain and get some more shit out of my body.

Workout of the Day:
A. Push Press, 3 Sets of 3, Sets Across @ 175 lbs- Went for a medium weight just to see how the shoulder felt- Overall not to bad
B. AMRAP 20 Minutes of:
5 Back Squats @ Bodyweight
15 GHD Sit-Ups
Run 400 m
Total Rounds: 7 Rounds
C. Light Row @ 80% @ 1000 m
