II. Help Wanted this Sunday, March 6th, 2011:
Myself, Ross, and Brucey will be heading over to Easton to start laying down some of the mats. Any Vagabonds who are willing to help for a couple of hours on Sunday Morning will be greatly appreciated. The mats are heavy, but with some help can be very easy to accomplish our goals for Sunday. Anyone willing to help us and give us hand would be greatly appreciated! Please give me a call on Sunday, if you are willing to help. We will be heading over there around 9 am.

Saturday, March 5th, 2011: 9:00 am and 10:00 am Classes
Sunday, March 6th, 2011: The Gym will be closed due to construction at new location in Easton. Anyone willing to help us move the mats, it would be greatly appreciated. We will be heading over around 9:00 am.

A. As Many 200 m Sprints in 5:00 Minutes
B. At 5:00 Minute Mark, Complete as many Rounds as possible of the following:
AMRAP 7 Minutes of:
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
7 Burpees
V. Competitors Schedule Workouts of the Day:
A. “Saturday Sweat Fest”
