Vagabond BBQ this Saturday, March 24th @ 10:00 am(right after the Opens Workout)
The Vagabonds BBQ will start right after the 9:00 am Opens Workout. All family, friends, and children are welcome to attend and have a great time for a few hours. This is a perfect way to end the CrossFit Opens Season, as we are celebrating our first successful Opens Season as gym inside the Easton Location. I am very proud of everyone, and very happy with the out pouring of support over the last 5 weeks. I could not ask for a better family outside my immediate family, and everyday I wake up I thank God I have each and everyone of you in my lives. You make me strive to better as a trainer, programmer, and coach, and here at Vagabond CrossFit we thank you all for your hard work and dedication that you all put in everyday and everynight! The BBQ will start at 10:00 am, and any food, beverages, or anything that you can bring will be greatly appreciated!
*We will be running our Opens Workout 12.5 at 9:00 am, so please be ready to go @ 8:45 am at Vagabond to hit the workout. This is a short workout, and we will be done before 10:00 am, and then after we will be celebrating with the Vagabond BBQ after 10:00 am. If your name is not on the heat list, do no worry, we can add you in when you show up, and you can get an opportunity to perform the workout in one of the heats!*

Dr. Rich will be in the gym on Saturday @ 10:00 am to look at any nagging injuries or pains that you have. Over these last four weeks, we have been hit with alot of shoulder and upper body dominant movements through the CrossFit Opens, and I know everyone is feeling it. So, please take advantage of talking to Dr. Rich and see what he can recommend and do for you. These are one of the opportunties that we provide here at Vagabond, so you are placed in a healthy and safe environment to ensure you are getting the best training, and also care facility in the area.

The On Ramp on Monday, March 12th is sold out and there are no more spots available. However, we will be starting our next On Ramp Beginner Series on Monday, April 2nd, 2012 at either 10:30 am or 7:30 pm. *Vagabond No Grain Challenge*
The Vagabond No Grain Challenge will be making an appearance once again at Vagabond. We will be giving out details, and more information as the time comes around, but we are looking at mid April to be the time we start the Challenge. For all newcomers, who want to lose weight, slim down, and perform better in the gym, this is the challenge to do. We had a huge success rate from our last grain challenge, and we gave our some great prizes. This time the No Grain Challenge will last 50 days, so we can prepare for the summer ahead, and shed some of those unwanted lbs. Not only is this made for weight loss, but we are also trying to build community, and also give you guys a new perspective on how to live this type of lifestyle. The rules are easy and simple, DO NOT EAT GRAINS FOR 50 DAYS! Wait 50 days, and see the results!
