Kevin has received various certifications from different levels of fitness and has taken a liking to his programming skills through intelligent programming and having a rhyme and reason by not guessing, but assessing what you are doing.  Kevin is known for his different style of programming, and being able to break down the science behind smart programming, and being able to adhere to everyones ability. Kevin has worked with various athletes ranging from professional athletes to collegiate athletes to elite CrossFitters to the person who is brand new to their fitness journey. I first really started taking a consistent interest in fitness as I was finishing high school. Over the years I’ve tried many different approaches, looking for something that really fits and is also challenging, from gyms to boxing, wrestling, mma, kettbells, etc. . Anything I could find access to, whether actually doing the workouts or just reading and learning as much as I could. When I first came across Functional Fitness around 2010 and had an opportunity to try it at Vagabond, I jumped at the chance and instantly took a liking to it. Over the years here I’ve gained a knowledge of an approach to a healthy lifestyle and training and look forward to continue to progress. I’ve learned this since being here over the past four years to help others in their pursuit of fitness.

I have been coaching gymnastics for over fifteen years at a variety competitive levels. Prior to that I was a competitive gymnast for 11 years and I dove competitively in HS. My Husband got me hooked on Functional Finess over seven years ago when I tentatively started in our basement and occasionally at a local gym. As I continued to involve myself in this community, I realize that it is like a family, each person encouraging and sharing their love for the sport and also pushing each other to be successful in their next, lift, jump, or just making it to the end of a workout. I look forward to bringing my experience and love of Gymnastics into the Vagabond community and hopefully share that with everyone to make their skills a little stronger and diverse.

I am the Director of Publishing and Marketing at World Publications Group, Inc. and JG Press Publishing in East Bridgewater, MA and hold both a BA in Media Communications and an MFA in Writing. I have a professional background in trade show management, product development, publicity, sales, event planning and all areas of publishing. I am also a wife and mom to two wonderful kids. Being a part of VBC FOR THE PAST YEAR has enriched my life immensely. I’m thrilled to lend my expertise to the ongoing effort of marketing and promoting Vagabond to the local community and surrounding area. I’m excited to join the team alongside Kevin and our elite coaches and staff who, together with our members, have made VBC an amazing community. I truly believe Vagabond is THE hidden gem in Easton!

Sports and fitness has always been my passion. I played Division 2 softball during college, coached high school soccer and track & field, and currently play in a women’s soccer league. For the past 16 years, I have worked at a wellness center in Boston training a variety of individuals in both personal sessions and group classes. I have been a member at Vagabond since 2013. I joined to improve my own fitness, expand my knowledge and continue to learn new techniques. I discovered I shared Kevin’s training philosophies and I knew this would be a great place for me. I am now excited to bring my passion and experience in fitness, along with a fun and positive energy, to VBC to help others achieve their goals.
