Farmer's Walk! Great for building up grip strength for your lifts!

I. Vagabond CrossFit Grand Opening Event:
On Saturday, April 30th, 2011, Vagabond CrossFit will be holding its Grand Opening at its new location in Easton, Massachusetts. The day will kick off at 10:00 am and end around 1:00 pm. I ma hoping all Vagabonds will come to show their support and represent their gym as well. There will be food, beverages, and prizes handed out to the top performances. Alos, pass on the word to anyone interested in starting at Vagabond CrossFit and let people see what goes on in our gym. It would be a great way to introduce them to the program of CrossFit and what we have to offer!

A. Deadlifts, 8 sets of 2 @ 60% of 1 Rep Max, On the Minute
B. Tire Pulls, 6 Sets of 150 Feet- Straight Leg Tire Pulls
C. GHD Raises, 3 sets of 10
