I. Sunday Advanced Workout of the Day:
This Sunday, April 17th, 2011 we will be holding an Advanced at 11:30 am, anyone who is interested in joining in the fun, you are more than welcome to come and play in the fun. We will be holding these Advanced Workouts on any given Sunday, and gives some people a chance to really push their limits. The workout will be announced on site and the only goal is to have fun and get a great workout in at the same time. So, you are welcome to come and bring any friends along as well. Also, we will be having a guest from the Again Faster Crew as, MDV, who will be joining us in the workout as well! He is a great guy and also a great athlete as well!

III. Conditioning Workout of the Day:
A. As much Weight and As Many Reps in 12 Minutes of:
1 Rep Max Shoulder Press
Box Jumps x 20 reps @ 24 inches/20 inches
*Your Score will be your Max Press and Number of Box Jumps you complete in 12 Minutes. So if choose to do 100 lbs for Press and get 150 Box Jumps, your total score is 250 points.*
