"Pulling Frenzy"(6.18.2011)
I. Saturday Free Introduction:
Every Saturday, Vagabond CrossFit offers a Free Introduction Class to anyone interested in trying out CrossFit for the first time. This is a complimentary session and you will be personally trained by one of our coaches. Please give us an email if you are interested in attending and we hope to see you there. The Free Introduction Class is at 11:00 am.

II. Basics Gymnastics Class Beginnings:
It is official and will be coming soon. Every Tuesday, starting June 28th, 2011 Vagabond CrossFit will be offering a speciality class for all Vagabonds free of charge. Heather Dunlap, who has been a competitive gymnasts and coach for over a twenty years will be running the basics gymnastics class every Tuesday. The gymnastics class will be part of your membership and will require no extra fee. We are offering this class to help you with your gymnastics skills, but also give you another source of valuable information. The Gymnastics Class will run every Tuesday at 5:30 pm and will require a pre-registration. There will be sign up sheet on the table when you walk into the gym. The Gymnastics Sessions will run for 3 weeks and we strongly encourage you go to all three classes for the three weeks as each class will build upon eachother. Please, take advantage of this class and sign up soon, as class size will be restricted!

Three week Gymnastics class: One hour of basic gymnastics skill progressions, working on core strength, spatial awareness and inverted work as skill levels develop.
III. CrossFit Northeast Regionals:
Even though Coach Kevin qualified for the Northeast Regionals by placing in the top 20 in the Reebok CrossFit Opens, he will not be participating in the Regionals this year due to an injury, we still want as many people to go to the Northeast Regionals to cheer on fellow CrossFitters and to see some amazing athletes in the process. Here is the information below of the address and location of the event.
The Northeat Regionals are upon us and some of the best athletes in the Northeast of the United States will be competing in a weekend long competition at the Reebok Facility in our very own area in Canton, Massachusetts at Reebok CrossFit One. The Competition will start this Friday and will run all the way to Sunday. The event will take place in the morning and will last until the late afternoon. Here is the information and location of the event:

*Coach Kevin will be stopping by at Vagabond CrossFit at 10:00 am on Saturday Morning to see if anyone is interested in joining him in watching the event and is willing to drive anyone up there who is interested.*
