I. Dynamic Mobility Warm-Up:
Dot Drills x 30 seconds on x 4 sets

II. Vagabond Pull-Up Clinic, Saturday, September 18th, 2010 @ 10:00 am:
Just a reminder to all who signed up for the Pull-Up Clinic this Saturday, September 18th, 2010 @ 10:00 am. We will go over the basics of pull-ups, from kipping to butterfly. The clinic will cost 10$ and will last approximately 1 hour.
III. Vagabond Paleo Challenge is on the Horizon:
The Vagabond Paleo Challenge will be starting this Thursday, September 16th, 2010. All who are participating must get their body fat and measurements completed by Thursday. The cost of the Paleo Challenge will be 20$ and at the end the winners will be rewarded with cash prizes.

IV. Strength and Metabolic Conditioning Workouts of the Day:
