We will be having our Fourth Opens workout this Saturday for our Saturday Sweat Session as a whole community. If you signed up for the Opens, great, and happy you did and took on the challenge, if you did not sign up, do not worry, you still canl workout on Saturday and join the heats, and have some fun. It will be first come, first serve, and we just ask everyone being patient and supportive of the community during the Saturday Morning Session. This is a great time of the year for the community, so lets get it going! Here are the heat times for this Saturday:

C. Sunday, March 19th, 2017: 9:00-11:00 am Open Gym + 10:00 am Sweat Session

55 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
