Saturday, August 25th, 2012 Workout

Today was pretty tough to fit my workout in because I had to set the gym up early, and also get everything prepared for the trainers seminar during the weekend. I fit in what I could, and actually got some good work in squatting and some different variants of box squatting, and also some different variants of deadlift… I will be back on track next week with my program after this week, as it has been pretty hectic. Tomm at the seminar I know we will be bench pressing, so I know I will have to do that, but I plan on at least fitting in my MAP Work tomm, but we will see, as the day goes on…

I believe I hit a personal record on my thruster max, and was going pretty fast through this sequence, so I think I still had more in me, but the lunch was only 30 minutes, so had to make the work quick to fit it in.

Saturday, August 25th, 2012 Workout:
A. Low Bar Back Squat @ 60% of squat, 8 to 10 sets x 3 reps @ 205 lbs @ 16 inch box.
B. Low Bar Back Squat @ 80% to 90% 3 to 4 sets x 2 reps @ 305 lbs @ 16 inch box.
C. Thruster, 3-2-1, 3-2-1
D. Deadlift Variants with Bands(Blue), 8 to 10 sets x 3 reps @ 305 lbs…
