Saturday, July 14th, 2012 Workout
Today was a tough day of workouts. These workouts are def new to me over the last few months. I have not completed a crossfit style workout in a sense since regionals, and before that, I did not do anything of the such. Personally, I need more of these to get my mental game back, and need to really feel pain in this sense. I was not disappointed in my times, as I did not reach my goals, but I was overall happy that I kept moving, and was close in a sense. I really think in a couple months, if I keep hitting workouts like this a couple a days a week, I will be where I want to be. I have alot of work to do, but just keeps giving me motivation to keep on fitz schedule and keep following what he says. Honestly this is the first week in the last 10 weeks, where I followed his programming exactly, and I just have to keep on this mindset. I have the will power, and I know I have the athletic ability to keep up with the best in the Northeast, but I just have to stick to my program and not get sidetrack.
Saturday, July 14th, 2012 Workout:
A. Prowler Pushes @ 30 seconds @ 90 lbs, rest 2 mins x 4 sets.
These all felt good, and was pretty beat up after these work capacity testers.

B. 15-12-9 of:
Power Cleans @ 115
Burpees
Time: 2:42
My goal was 2:40, so missed it by 2 seconds, and was pretty happy considering I have not done a workout like this in weeks. I have the ability, but just have to get a little more work in on these types.

I hit a wall on the set of 12 of burpees, and was just moving to slow… Kind of disappointed with the disasparity in times, but only time will tell if i get better.
