II. Vagabond CrossFit Yoga Class this Saturday, September 10th, 2011 @ 10:15 am:
We will be offering a new speciality class to all Vagabond CrossFit Members free of charge. The Yoga Class will be held at 10:15 am after the 9:00 am class, and will be a great recovery tool from the week of workouts. It is always great to try a different realm of fitness and to expand your horizons as an athlete, and also as a human being. So, come on in and enjoy some fine tuning by Lindsay, and enjoy your time. You may bring your own Yoga Mats, but if you do not own a yoga mat, we will have some on hand for a charge of 2$ to use them during the Yoga Class. If you have any friends interested and who are not part of the gym, the drop in fee for the Yoga Class for Non-Members of Vagabond CrossFit is 10$. Come in and Enjoy!

Great Job by everyone today and loving that our weekend classes are getting bigger and bigger each week. Also very successful Yoga Class and I believe everyone LOVED it… Keep it Up
