today was a great wod, we changed it up at the 4 pm trainer wod…we hit a 2o min amrap elizabeth which is 21 15 9 of squat cleans at 135lbs and ring dips….we counted how many elizabeths we could do…..John thomas and I were a team and we got 3 full Elizabths plus the 21 round and plus 3 squat cleans of the next Rd….it was really a burner!
O by the way i will not be able to join the partner WOD that a few of us were thinking about participating on Dec. 4. I will be working and can not get out of it. BUt dont worry Jessica, Jarred said he would fill in for me and be ur partner. Good luck guys!!!
Yea the afternoon trainer team wod was an ass kicker! Three and a half Elizabeths, that just sounds epic; It was definitely as bad as it sounds to, thanks Ross for pushing me through towards the end man, I was startin to have a real tough time on those squat cleans!
