III. Vagabond CrossFit Team Workout on Monday, September 5th, 2011:
The Vagabond Team Workout is back and in the past has been a huge success. The Team workout will take place on Labor Day, which is a Monday, on September 5th, 2011 during our 11:00 am class. I know pretty much everyone will have the day off, so hopefully we will have a good turnout, and have some fun with your fellow Vagabonds. You can look at this workout and fun event, as a warm up to our Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser that will be taking place on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 @ 11:00 am. Be There!
