Saturday Workout of the Day

This was a long, strenous strength work day, and at the end of the the workouts, I was drained, but felt goood overall, and realize this is how I should be training throughout the year, and stop being pretty much a bitch and having excuses of why not to train. The Regionals are 8 weeks away, and I will going against the top men in the northeast region of the united states, and looking forward to it, but also a little nervous, as I know I have not put the time into training, but we will see how it goes, and will see how I fare. This will also be a good starting point for myself, to see where I place, and also to see how the next year of training will go from here.
Box Jerks @ 255 lbs x 2 reps

Saturday, March 31st, 2012 Workouts:
A. Split Jerks, 2-2-2-2, rest 4 minutes, 225-240-250-255 lbs
B. Overhead Squats @ 30×1, 4-6 reps x 3 sets, 165(6reps)-195(6 reps)-215(4 reps)
*My wrists were killing me after this one and jammed my right wrist somehow*
C1. Clean Grip Deadlift @ 20×0, 10 reps x 3 sets @ 275 lbs
C2. AMRAP Shoulder Width Handstand Push-Ups x 3 sets, 9-8-8
D. Chest to Bar Pull-Ups Unbroken x 15 reps x 5 sets, rest 3 minutes
