Saturday Workout of the Day
Today was a weird day, and the last two days I have been under the weather, and lately been getting sick alot more, than the last few years. I contribute it to my lack of sleep, and cortisol and stress levels going through the roof. However, I am feeling a little bit better, but hopefully everything gets better, and I feel at 90% starting next week off. I tell myself I have to get more sleep, but in real terms, it is almost impossible. At least 4 days of the week, I do not get home until about 9 pm from the gym, and then I have to eat, so pretty much do not finish up until after 10 pm. So that leaves me about 6 hours of sleep, but at the end of the day, I am totaling about 5 hours of sleep, and this is the best I can do right now. I think in general, as I get a full time trainer, hopefully in the future, my training hours as a trainer will go down, and I can focus more on my own training, and also the business end of things. However, somethings just have to be sacrificed, and right now, I have to sacrifice myself in a manner of speaking for the good of Vagabond. However, the workout today was a good one, and was planning on hitting a double, but work got in the way, and then some unexpected things for the webpage.
