"Saturday Workout of the Day", March 26th, 2011

*Supposed to be a rest day today, but got a call at 8:00 pm from a fellow CrossFitter, and got talked into doing a workout at 9:00 pm at the new location for Vagabond CrossFit in Easton, Massachusetts. My strength and conditioning program this week took a back burner due to the fact we are starting to move the equipment into the new spot to be ready for Monday, April 4th, 2011. This week coming up, will also be difficult to concentrate my complete attention to my program, since we will be moving all the equipment, and making sure everything is ready to go for April 4th, 2011. Sometimes the life of affiliate owner and the business side, dwarfs what you actually want to accomplish in your own fitness life. However, I still got a good metabolic conditioning workout in, and have been tackling the chest to bar pull-ups lately, due to my lack of training them over th elast couple of months.
