It is Official, the lease is signed and Vagabond CrossFit will be in a new home in the town of Easton in the month of April. The new spot will only be about a 7 minute drive from location now, but about a half mile off of route 24 and across the street from Stonehill College. So, the area will be an upgrade and more CrossFitter Friendly. We will have over 4,000 square feet of usuable space and will begin a new era for Vagabond CrossFit.
I. “Mobility Tuesday”
Let’s continue our weekly adventure on improving our flexibility, mobility, and range of motion for the movements we are attacking for the day. Let’s take 10 minutes in the beginning of class and work out our problems areas. What is sore? What Hurts? What has been bothering you? Ask these questions and let’s take a lacrosse ball or foam roller to those problem areas.

Just want to say thank you a bunch to the 5:30 am crew for getting me that sweet gift… Now I do not have to take pictures on my phone anymore… You guys did not have to do that!! Everyday you guys work your butts off and I appreciate it.. Also, you guys have to deal with me every morning at 5:30 am lol… That is a big enough gift in itself!!
Wow, that is one tough workout. Used 65# for the snatches and 14# for the wall ball. Finished in 25:42. Good job to Brooke and Susan today at the 9am class!!

Just finished the competitors wod w ross and jt. It was a good heavy metcon finished in 523. I was one back squat away from finishing at 441 but got pinned under the bar and ross (my hero) saved me. Unfortunately I gotta work tonight so I won’t be doing todays wod. Good luck to everyone it looks brutal.

Did the competitor WOD at noon with Ross and Dillon, got 1235 because I kept failing on the shoulder press, but it was good to get a good strength metcon in like that.
At 530 pm got up to 175 for the snatch balance, and failed at 190. Used 115lbs for the power snatches on the metcon for a time of 18:51, pretty happy with that, what a brutal wod!
This workout SUCKED!!! I had a DNF… I had no energy, no mental toughness, it totally kicked my ass… Great job 5:30amers and I have to admit I had cheese cake and ice cream… sorry kevin… I tried to say no
