I. Vagabond CrossFit Nutrition Lecture:
Another successful seminar at Vagabond CrossFit and some great information was put forth for all participants. I might be bias, since Mike is one of my close friends, but I have been to a few nutrition lectures, and this was by far the most informative and down to earth nutrition lecture I have been to over the last few years. Mike is extremely intelligent, but breaks down his theories to very basic information for average day people to understand. He made his ideas and methodology easy to understand, but also the information he gave was very useful. I think with our 30 Day Paleo Challenge coming upon us on Monday, February 21st, 2011, the people who attended will be well equipped with some useful information and some great tips to excel in their physical fitness. I just want to give Mike a big thank you for his work and dedication to helping Vagabond CrossFit Members reach their goals for the future.
