Strength Days: Tuesday Workout of the Day

Hit some different types of strength today, and used my new sets of chains that I got for christmas to work some resistance training, and decreased training. I can say that I can def see the benefits of using chains within your strength workout, as it adds a different component to the strength phase of training, and would love to implement this more into vagabond training, as the times comes around more.
Tuesday, December 27th, 2011 Workout of the Day:
A. 12 sets of 2 @ 165 lbs w/ 40 lbs of chains of Box Squats @ 16 inches
B. Front Squats, 6 sets of 2, worked up to 285 lbs
C. Split Jerk Technique, practice by 10 minutes, 8 sets of 2 @ 135 lbs, worked on form and fixing up my feet work
