Sunday and Monday Workouts of the Day

Not too much to report here, as I hit airdyne on Sunday, and then hit some cp battery testers on Monday. I was feeling pretty good, but Monday, I hit some snags in my workouts and with muscle ups… I missed a couple muscle ups, and it was very aggravating, because lately these have been feeling pretty good. However, I got to chalk it up to doing squat cleans before them, and something I just need to work on. I did however feel pretty lax on the kip of the muscle up, and def did not feel 100 percent doing them. I did recover and the last set went okay, and went unbroken on them.. I just got to keep chugging away!

A. Work to a Heavy Single High Bar Back Squat @ 20×1…
I worked to 325 lbs for these.. I prob could have went heavier, but kept to a heavy single, and also felt pretty weak today as well.
B1. Squat Clean Cluster from above the knee, 1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, rest 1 min
185 lbs-205 lbs-205 lbs
B2. Muscle Up Cluster, 2.2.2.2.2 x 3 sets, rest 1 min
Went unbroken on set 1 and set 3… Set 2 I missed one, and really pissed me off, but got back on it and completed.
C1. Barbell Forward Lunges, 10/each leg, 9/each leg, 8/each leg x 3 sets, rest 1:30
135 lbs-155 lbs-175 lbs
C2. Chest to Bar Pull Ups Cluster, 7.7.7 x 3 sets
