I had little time on Saturday as I away from the gym from 6 am to about 7 pm because we were at the Garage Games in New England, and I had to coach and rep Vagabond at this location. I was very pleased with my peoples performances, and everyone did a great job. I could not have been prouder of my gym and the accomplishments they achieved during the weekend. I had to hit the map low percentage on Sunday early at 6 am, as we had to head up early again, and everything felt pretty good, and rowed @ 2:05 pace for the 2000 meters…

Monday, September 10th, 2012 Workout:
Kind of a frustrating day in the beginning with my power clean, as I have been stuck at 265 lbs for about 6 weeks now… I know I can get more, as 275 lbs felt easy and light, but my elbows so friggin slow, and my footwork in brutal when I get to this point. I know I can get this, as the first pull from the ground is easy, second pull is easy, its my friggin third pull that is so slow, and cannot get elbows around…
A. Work to 1 rep max Power Clean…
Worked to 265 lbs..
B1. Touch N Go Reps @ 195 lbs x 3 reps x 10 sets, rest 1 minute….
B2. Kipping Handstand Push Ups, 5-8 reps x 10 sets, rest 1 minute…
All reps were at 8 reps, and got these all pretty easily, which is good…
C1. Single Leg Back Extensions @ 20×1, 10 reps x 3 sets, rest 1 minute..
