Sunday and Monday Workouts

First time in 3 weeks, where I felt pretty good during my workouts, and it was not alot of weight on each movement, but felt pretty good. However, during the workout or right before it, got some personal news that was not the best for me, but I blocked it out, and went along with my workout. Also, in the future, looks like I will be getting a little more help within the gym, and maybe will free up my schedule a little bit, and also give me a little more time for my training in the meantime. Overall pretty happy with everything, considering it has been a failure for the Opens for me, but it is what it is, and next year will be different when the time comes!
