Today was feeling pretty good, and had do some long rowing intervals and some map work for some recovery from the week. Anytime I have to spend 40 minutes on the rowing machine, my stomach kind of drops, and I am not looking forward to it. However, it was not that bad, just alot of sweating, and what not. I kept about 1:40 pace for 500 meters for the 1 minute @ 85% and then back off to about a 2:10 pace for 500 meters for the 1 minute @ 50%.
Overall I am feeling pretty good with no injuries and feeling that I am recovering pretty well. I am being patient, and seeing how things go with my strength, as it is hard to tell, as things are going slow with progressing, but sometimes you just have to trust in what you are doing, and go from there.
The one positive note I can say about doing my workouts right now is that I have no real injuries, and this is the first time I can say this is in about 2 years, which is my overall goal to stay healthy!
