A. Power Cleans, 10 sets of 2 @ 215 lbs, rest 60 seconds between sets

B. Weighted Pull-Ups. build to a heavy single, worked up to 75 lbs, then did 3 sets of 3 @ 35 lbs

C. 5 Rounds of:

50 Double Unders

15 Pull-Ups

10 Pistols

5 Handstand Push-Ups

Time: 9:50

Good overall day of training, and just felt right on the power cleans.
