Sunday, August 26th, 2012 Workout

Once again was stretched for time today and had to fit in what I had to do.. Pretty much went from 7 am to about 6 pm for the certification, so got in what I had to do in terms of what I had to do. I def felt off this weekend in my program due to the certification course and getting things reasy, and was pretty disheartening. I still got work in, but it was not followed completely like I have been doing. Also today I am feeling a little sore from the week, as we did some different things and some new things, so my body is adjusting to the new movements that I did this weekend. Coach Mike said I could bring down the intensity of the workout on Monday, and just work through it. We will see how things go…
