Sunday, August 5th, 2012 Workout

I was putting this workout off a little bit too long, and when it finally hit 10 am, I was like screw it, I will do it. It was a MAP Session on the Airdyne, and for some reason I just hate this machine. I do not mind short bouts on it in the energy systems of lactate power, endurance, or anything in that realm, but anything where I have to sit on that friggin bike for more than 20 minutes, I want to kill myself. I am still awful on the airdyne, and really impresses me of some of the scores some of the guys get on this bike in the OPT World. However, I gutted it out, and actually during the 90% effort, I felt pretty good and hit some good high calories during that effort. Overall it was a good day, and looking forward to see what we have in store for the next week of training.
