"Sunday, August 7th, 2011 Workout of the Day"

*Went up to CrossFit Craic in Dedham, Ma to workout with my friend, John Mac, and we performed a double workout during that time period. Everything felt pretty good, but the second workout felt sluggish, but did go unbroken on every round with the movements.*

Sunday, August 7th, 2011 Workouts of the Day:

A. 3 Rounds for time of:

30 Push-Ups

21 Overhead Squats @ 115 lbs

Time: 6:17

Rest 10:00 Minutes

B. AMRAP 15 Minutes of:

5 Box Jumps @ 24 inches

7 Push Press @ 135 lbs

9 Kettlebell Swings @ 70 lbs

Rounds: 10 plus 5 box jumps
