I. Scheduled Hours for Sunday, July 17th, 2011:
8:30 am Vagabond Running Club
10:00 am Regular Class Time
II. Strength and Conditioning Workouts of the Day:
A. Back Squat, 8 sets of 2 @ 85% of your 2 Rep
B1. GHD Sit-Ups, 3 sets of 12 reps, rest 45 seconds
B2. Burpees(As Fast As Humanly Possible), 3 sets of 15 reps , rest 60 seconds
B3. Touch N Go Squat Cleans @ 185 lbs/125 lbs x 3 sets of 5 reps, rest 120 seconds
