I. Vagabond Paleo Challenge Coming Our Way:
We attempted a Paleo Challenge for 90 days a few months ago and it started off strong, however with the holidays and the long duration of the challenge some people fell to the wayside of Paleo Eating. We will be having our Nutrition Seminar on Saturday, February 19th, 2011 with Dr. Mike Molloy. I have decided we will be having a classic 30 day Paleo Challenge starting on Monday, February 21st, 2011. We will this take our measurements, weight, and body fat percentage and I will be more diligent on my end as well. We attempted a 90 day Paleo Challenge but feel 90 days is just too long for some to commit the time. This Paleo Challenge will last 30 days and with the Nutrition Seminar kicking it off will be a good boost in the right direction. The last winner of the Paleo Challenge was Ross O’Brien because he kept his journal log and also posted his points every week, which was a stipulation in the Challenge. The same rules will apply, but with different benchmarks to test. I strongly encourage all Vagabond to take part in this 30 day Paleo Challenge, as it is short enough to adhere to throughout the month and also not as time consuming in your lives. There will be no cost for this Paleo Challenge, but there willl be prizes handed out to the first place and second place winners!
