"Sunday Funday"(5.22.2011)

Susan is now a Level 2, and pushing herself everyday in the gym! Great Job getting the head thru and keeping a tight hollow position with barbell overhead!


I. Vagabond CrossFit Cook-Out in July:
Hey Everyone,
Just sending out a reminder to everyone about the Vagabond CrossFit Cook Out that will be happening on Saturday, July 16th, 2011 at Vagabond CrossFit. All Vagabonds and their families will be welcome to join to have a great Saturday afternoon to kick off the summer in style. We will have a horseshoe tournament and just a good get together for everyone in the gym. The start time will be 1:00 pm and all food and beverages will be accepted for the cook out. Please, sign up on the board at the back end of the gym, so we have an idea of who will be coming to the cook out. Thanks for your support and looking forward to this one!
