I took a rest day Saturday, since I believe I pulled something in my upper left back near my lat. It is a little bit painful, but does not hurt so much when I am doing certain movements, but I can feel it alot during turning and rotation of the hips. I am going to keep icing and also taking the dreaded anti flammatory pills to help with some reduction of swelling. I am hoping that in the next couple of days that everything will heal up and will be good to go.
My training for the next week will be a little different, and will be kind of messed up, since I am running a 24 hour relay race with a bunch of people from the gym. I am excited to hang with some Vagabonds, but disappointed that it will def take a toll on my body, and my program will suffer a little bit, but we are still ways a way from the Opens, and will be good change of pace. I am liking the last two weeks of my progress, and just want to keep on pace with everything. We will see how I will feel on Sunday Morning after the race, and hopefully will be good to go by Monday or Tuesday.

A. Prowler Pushes @ 50 lbs x 20 seconds x 5 sets, rest 40 seconds between sets.
This was not to bad, as I am pretty good at the sleds, and they do not crush me as much as other people I believe. However, got a little tougher at the end, and felt it a bit at the end, but overall it went well.
