"Sunday Rest Day"(5.29.2011)

Lauren is a Yoga Instructor, but now has added CrossFit to her daily activities... CrossFit's main focus is to try new sports, new adventures, and new ideas!


I. Vagabond CrossFit Memorial Day Workout:
Vagabond CrossFit will be putting on a Memorial Day Workout to honor those who gave their lives for this great country. Everyone in the gym knows someone in the armed services and possibly could have been affected by the lost of a loved one. The dedication, honor, and courage these young men and women put forth to protect our country is amazing and we all should be thankful for their service. We will be holding two class times on Monday, May 30th, 2011 on Memorial Day to honor that day. The workout will be a hero workout, but I will also post a link to make a donation to the Lt. Murphy Foundation for all fallen solidiers of are armed services.

Vagabond CrossFit Classes on Monday, May 30th, 2011 will start at 9:00 am, and this will be the prefered time that everyone shows up to get their workout in. We want a good showing and want everyone to work out together. So, 9:00 am will be the gathering to discuss the workout and also set up the teams. So, please be at Vagabond CrossFit by 9:00 am to get your workout in and have a great time!
II. “Sunday Rest Day”:
Take it easy and rest up for the team workout on Monday at 9:00 am. Make sure you are in to support those who have given the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom and well being!
*Go for light jog, work on your mobility, and do something active for the day.*
