Prepping for Deadlift with Mobility Work
I. Sunday, September 19th, 2010 Vagabond Gym Hours:
Afternoon Hours: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
II. Sunday Strength Squat Day:
A. Back Squat, work up to a heavy single
B. Front Squat @ 70% x 3 reps x 5 sets
C. Back Extensions, 3 x 10


PR in back squat today!
No crazy cravings just yet with the paleo surprisingly. It has been relatively easy for me so far which is usually not the case. I think the main reason for this is because I’m never letting myself get too hungry. In past diets, I have noticed that when I let myself get too hungry, bad things happen.

This mornings workout was way difficult for me!!! Definitely shows when you don’t eat enough protein you lose that energy!!!
And I agree with you Billy, when I get really hungry, I tend to want sugar…
