Sunday Strength Specific Day, May 8th, 2011

*Needed a little rest from the double days of metabolic conditioning, and the last two days, have put a little wear and tear on the old body. However, it was nice to just hit a couple of strength movements, and not have to worry about the conditioning workout afterwards or before.*

Sunday, May 8th, 2011 Workout of the Day:

A. Front Squat, Sets of 3
185-225-245-255-260

B. Sumo Deadlift, Sets of 3
225-275-305-315-325-335-355-365

I believe I had a little more in the tank on the Front Squats, but I felt the back round a little bit, and want to keep form and technique. The Suno deadlifts were not planned and had much more in the tank, but stopped myself at this weight for the day.
