"Sunday Workout of the Day"

Okay, since my shoulder is killing me and have to get it looked at it, I think I might be out of commission for awhile, but we will see. On Monday, I will be getting some myofascia and deep tissue work done, so we will see how it goes. I have been icing the last two days, but seems as if it is not getting any better, and somewhat worry about the outcome of this injury. I am hoping that it is just from overuse, and alot of overhead work over the last few weeks. We will see and only time will tell. I have to learn to back off, but sometimes it is very hard for myself to do this, and also since I have been going up in my numbers, it is even harder to give myself a rest.

Sunday, September 11th, 2011 Workout of the Day:
A. Front Squat, work to a heavy single:
225-245-265-285-295-305-315(f)
305 is a pr, which I was happy about, but 315 was def doable, and next time hopefully will get it
B. High Bar Back Squat, 4 sets of 3 @ 75% @ 255 lbs
