Woke up early today to get these workouts, since I had alot of work to do with programming, and some other things going on with life. It was good to hit some running, since I have not hit running in a quite some time in a workout, but overall was disappointed in how I felt during the workouts, since running was my strength for sometime during my crossfit career. However, I went at a pretty good pace, and went unbroken through all my repetitions, which should be the case, since it was meant to be aerobic, and meant to work not at a max effort throughout these 3 amrap workouts. This is my first week down with some serious training, in about a year, and overall felt pretty good throughout the week, and there are some def glaring weaknesses in my athletic ability, and hopefully over the next year, this will all be cleared up in due time.
