Sunday Workout of the Day

Today was a pretty good day of training, nothing crazy hard, but also hitting some weights that couple months ago would have been for either 1 rep or for misses on multiple sets for the power snatch. The good thing that I felt about the Power Snatches today was it felt moderate to somewhat heavy, but nothing to strenous, and something I know I can make everytime without issue of missing or shitty form. I actually fooled around with split snatch on the last rep of each set, and this felt pretty comfortable. I am just trying to work feet position as well, since we have not been doing too many Split Jerks, so want to practice feet position for this movement, as I know it will come up in the future. I did leave one of the movements out, as I performed it three times this week, and basically with the same magnitude. I am feeling good, and once again I am going to repeat over and over again, I might be sore from certain things, but I am recovering well, and also not dealing with any glaring issues of injuries or and disruptions in my training because of my back or shoulder, which in the past has been a big problem of mine, so this is one thing I am going to tip my hat to Fitzgerald for, for keeping my injury free and safe.
