* Olympic Lifting Class starts Tuesday, September 6th, 2011 @ 6:35 pm, Every Tuesday
*Gymnastics Class starts Wednesday, September 7th, 2011 @ 5:35 pm, Every Wednesday
*Yoga Class starts Saturday, September 10th, 2011 @ 10:15 am, Every Saturday

 
I. VBC Partner Workout of the Day:
Partner based workout with teams of 2 complete the following for time of:
50/40/30/20/10
Kb Swing, 55/35#
Wall Balls
*Rest 7 minutes*
50/40/30/20/10
Bear Crawl – meters
Abmat Sit ups
*Each teammate must complete the desired rep count, and before moving on. The rep scheme can be different for each team and person, however, each person must complete the full 150 reps of each movement. Also, you cannot move on to the next number until both teammates finish. So, before moving on to the 40’s, both teammates must finish the 50’s… etc..
