I. VBC Partner Workout of the Day:
Partner based workout with teams of 2 complete the following for time of:
50/40/30/20/10
Kb Swing, 55/35#
Wall Balls
*Rest 7 minutes*
50/40/30/20/10
Bear Crawl – meters
Abmat Sit ups
*Each teammate must complete the desired rep count, and before moving on. The rep scheme can be different for each team and person, however, each person must complete the full 150 reps of each movement. Also, you cannot move on to the next number until both teammates finish. So, before moving on to the 40’s, both teammates must finish the 50’s… etc..

Great community wod, so many teams came an killed this wod! My partner the dominator Aka matt s killed it not taking any breaks and did it with a tired smile hahaha good job buddy time was 4337 I believe! Great job by all and great support system to all who finished and kept pushing the other towards the end!
