*Thursday Workout of the Day, May 12th, 2011*
A. 5 Rounds of:
5 Overhead Squats @ 135 lbs
10 Toes to Bar
15 DB Hang Squats Cleans @ 135 lbs
20 Double Unders
Time: 9:29
B. Snatch Balance Work for Heavy Single
Work on Form and Technique-
135-155-165-185-205-215-225 x Failed 3 Times
My best Snatch Balance is around 265 lbs, so was pretty disappointed about the misses at 225 lbs, but this was not on the daily planned schedule and did not warm up what so ever for doing heavy weight. I was happy I got some lifts in, but I was not getting under the barbell and being aggressive. It was going an uphill battle from the beginning, so it is what it is.
C. Prowler Sled Team Push:
AMRAP 10 Minutes of:
30 M Prowler Sled Pushes

5 Handstand Push-Ups
Total Time: 12:47
B. AMRAP 10 Minutes of:

8 Deadlifts @ 225 lbs
2 Muscle-Up
Total Rounds: 10 Rounds

*All lifts felt good and light*
