A. Split Jerk, worked up to 255 lbs for a heavy single in the split jerk
B. Partner Team Workout, Collect 2000 m on the rowing machine as a team, switch off on rowing machine, and in between, you must push prowler(90 lbs) x 150 feet, then switch.
Saturday, August 6th, 2011 Workout of the Day:
A. Overhead Squat, worked up to 250 lbs for a heavy single in OHS.
