Thursday and Saturday Workouts of the Day

I was supposed to rest Thursday on Mike’s programming, but it turned into a day of practicing snatches for the second opens workout. These next 3 weeks are going to be hard to follow exactly what he wants, since I am going to try to complete the opens workout, but also it is hard to fit in all the other workouts due to my schedule with the opens workout and gym. However, I will get them down, as best as I can. In three weeks, it will all be over, and I will be able to dedicate myself 100 percent to his programming, and hopefully get some results, either way I am looking forward to actually having a plan.
