Thursday, August 16th, 2012 Workout

Hit some cp battery again, and by the end of it, I was smoked. Some of these sessions, really just take alot out of me, and when it involves squatting, I am just wiped by the end. However, it felt good to push myself, and at times, was thinking of dropping the weight, but glad I stuck it out. Lately have been feeling pretty good, and this week since I went back to pretty much full paleo, I am feeling pretty good and energized. Last week was rough because I experimented with some cereal products, and it just wiped my body out. I am just going to keep pushing ahead and see what it brings. It is weird, I really do not care about competing right now, and just care about how my coach programs for me, and how he thinks, so it can help me as a programmer. I am still just moving forward to really love programming, and spend hours of the day, trying to educate myself and how to make myself better. It is my true passion, and just want to keep working on it!

Thursday, August 16th, 2012 Workout:
A. Front Squat @ 20×1, 2-3 reps x 3 sets, rest 5 minutes with chains.
I used 40 lbs chains for all sets.
205 x 3- 225 x 3-245 x 2
The 40 lbs chains add 40 lbs at the top of the movement, when you are on the way up.
B1. Front Squat @ 80% x 3 reps x 10 sets, rest 1 min
Used 245 lbs…
B2. Weighted Pronated Pull Ups Cluster, 1.1.1 x 10 sets, rest 1 min
C1. DB Step Ups @ 11×1, 8-10 reps x 3 sets, rest 1:30
used 45 lbs, 55 lbs, and 60 lbs..
C2. DB Lying Powell Raise @ 30×1, 10 reps x 3 sets, rest 1:30
Used 15 lbs
