Thursday Workout of the Day
This was a long one, and a good one at the same time. It was aerobic style, and def an area I believe in myself, that I am not lacking in, I think I am lacking more in my lactate endurance and lactate power, and just pushing through a grueling quick workout that will push me to my limit, but these are also good workouts to hit, so I can get some practice with some longer workouts, and also getting my body used to going for long durations of time over a time period.
