This one was a grinder, and just a workout that you had to grind out and get through. I knew I would make it through, but the knees to elbows had to be properly done, with everyone having to count as a repetition. With this mass amount of knees to elbows, your grip gets weaker, and there is not much left to do, but just slug it out, and get through it. I had minimal amount of time, because of a busy day with the business, so I warmed up quickly, and just hit it.
