"Thursday Workout of the Day, July 21st, 2011"

*I am in a big funk and seem not to be able to get out of it.. I think possibly might need some regrouping and take a week off from training. My eating is getting worst and my sleep has been getting worst over time. My stress levels and cortisol levels are through the roof, and maybe some time off will do me some good.*

B. Weighted Pull-ups, 5 sets of 5 @ 25 lbs
