Thursday workout of the day, June 16th , 2011
Posting my results from my android so do not feel like looking at a small screen for a long period of time so I will make this short and sweet
5 rounds for time of
Run 450 meters
Overhead squats x 15 reps @ 95 lbs
time 11 minutes and 30 seconds
B. Split Jerk, 7 sets of 1
185-205-225-245-255-260(f)-260(got it)
C. Row sprints, 20 seconds on/10 seconds off x 10 rounds
Gas Mask being worn, total meters equal 1200
!!!!
My back was tightening up throughout the workout so was amazed I even finished, but I did go unbroken on my overhead squats so was happy with that and that was my goal.
At 100 percent no reason why this workout should not be under 11 minutes
