Thursday Workout of the Day, June 23rd, 2011

A. Front Squat Endurance Strength:
21 unbroken reps @ 205 lbs
Rest 3 minutes
15 unbroken reps @ 205 lbs
Rest 3 minutes
9 unbroken reps @205 lbs

Supposed to be a rest day again today but wanted to get this one in today to work on some strength endurance during the week to finish off right. Overall felt pretty good and maybe had another 5 lbs in me and maybe next time may you increasing sets for this strength development.
